2. Processing when visiting the website
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records data in server log files that your browser transmits (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system information). This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in technically faultless operation.
3. Getting in touch
If you contact us by email, the details you provide (name, email address, content of the message) are stored in order to handle your enquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as its retention is no longer necessary.
4. AI-supported chat assistant
This website uses an AI-supported chat assistant. The content you enter in the chat is transmitted to OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) in order to generate a reply. OpenRouter forwards the request to the provider of the language model in use, which may likewise be located in the USA. Only your chat input is transmitted, no further details about your person.
Please do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential company information in the chat. The chat serves general information; for confidential matters please use direct contact by email or a conversation.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing an up-to-date means of obtaining information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Art. 31(1) revFADP). We do not store chat histories. The terms of the respective providers apply to any further use of transmitted content.
5. Identification of visiting companies (Leadfeeder)
We use Leadfeeder, a service of Dealfront Group GmbH, Melbergstrasse 5, 76227 Karlsruhe, Germany. Leadfeeder assigns the IP address of your internet connection to an organisation and shows us which companies have visited our website and which pages they viewed.
Purpose: We want to recognise which companies are interested in our services, in order to target our content more precisely and to be able to approach prospects.
Data processed: IP address, pages viewed, time and duration of the visit, referring page, browser and device details. The IP address serves solely to assign the visit to a company and is not shown to us.
No identification of individuals: The service is designed to assign visits to organisations. No profiles of individual persons are created and no names are determined. Visits from private connections and mobile networks regularly cannot be assigned to any company.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in analysing and commercially directing our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 31(1) revFADP). Your interest in the protection of your data has been taken into account: the processing is limited to assignment to companies, not to individuals.
Retention: The data is stored at Leadfeeder in accordance with the plan we use and deleted afterwards.
Objection: You may object to the processing at any time — a message to the contact address above is sufficient. Independently of that, you can prevent collection by blocking the script from sc.lfeeder.com in your browser or via a tracking blocker.
Further details can be found in the provider’s privacy policy at dealfront.com/privacy.
